Current legislation of the Empordà Designation of Origin Control Board:

• The Empordà Designation of Origin was approved with Order ARP/63/2006, on 16th February, which was published in the Official Journal of the Generalitat of Catalonia (DOGC) no. 4585 on 3rd March 2006.
• DOGC no. 4762 on 16th November corrected some misprints in the text of the Order ARP/63/2006 of 16th February.
• Order AAR/488/2010 of 8 October (Government of Catalonia Official Gazette no. 5740, 22/10/10), modifying previous Order ARP/63/2006 of 16 February.
